1. Admission process for Undergraduate Program will be conducted as per the timeline given by the Directorate of Higher Education Assam.
2. For admission into the Four Year Undergraduate Program (FYUGP) offered at Nirmal Haloi College under Bhattadev University, all candidates must apply through Samarth eGov Suite only. No other route shall be considered.

3. Candidates will be admitted purely on merit basis. Based on the marks secured in 10+2 or equivalent examination the merit lists will be prepared and made available on the college website as well as Samarth Portal.
4. Candidates shall have to provide the photocopies of the following documents and shall produce original documents for verification at the time of admission.
a) Application form for admission (Generated from Samarth Portal)
b) Mark sheet of the last qualifying examinations
c) Pass Certificate.
d) Valid age proof document.
e) Caste Certificate. (If applicable)
f) Gap Certificate. (If applicable)
g) An Income Certificate from the Local Revenue Circle Officer
or Ration Card issued by the competent authority for free admission under Fee Waiver Scheme of the Govt. of Assam
# A candidate whose parental income is below Rs.4 Lakh per annum is eligible for free admission.
** No pressure or interference from any quarter for the admission of a particular student shall be entertained. The Principal’s decision on any issue regarding admission is final.
