The internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Nirmal Haloi College has become an integral part of the institutions system and works towards realizing the goal of quality enhancement and sustenance. Over the year the IQAC has developed a system for continuous, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of the college, evolved mechanisms and procedures for ensuring that the objectives of the IQAC as envisaged by NAAC are met and has made significant and meaningful contribution towards channelizing efforts and measures for academic excellence. The IQAC of the college coordinates all quality related activities by developing an organized methodology of documentation and internal communication. It works to enhance and integrate the various activities of the college and to ensure the adoption and dissemination of best practices. The IQAC spearheads the conduct of the internal and external academic audit of the departments, which promotes quality, accountability and transparency. The IQAC has been set up in with a view to achieving actions plans for quality evaluation, quality sustenance and quality up gradation of the college. Accordingly the cell has been making untiring effort to motivate and guide the students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the college to achieve quality excellence and maintenance taken-up by the IQAC are the introduction of Students feedback systems as well as Alumni feedback, planning for examination reform and facility enhancement for the benefit of the students.
